Very very comfortable beds. The staff including Shelia and the gentleman when we checkout out on Sunday morning are so very nice. We did find a cookie under the desk though. Also the cigarette / smoke smells were overwhelming and overpowering in the hallway. We were in Room 113. The client in the room across from us is a heavy smoker and the strong smell permeated the entire hallway which gave us me a migraine. My hubby wasn't happy about the strong smoke odors either. I've got severe asthma so it really affected me a great deal. The breakfast selection was nice. I was thrilled to enjoy hot tea and yogurt. Thank you.

We were visiting family in Beckley, so we were just looking for somewhere to sleep and shower at a reasonable price. The rooms were clean. Towels and sheets smelled fresh. The staff were visible washing linens and cleaning. There were plenty places to eat around the Hotel. Some in walking distance. Check out time was 11:00 and we didn't feel rushed to check-out before 11:00. We were very satisfied with our stay. Will probably stay there again when we are in Beckley.

I went to Winterplace Ski Resort for skiing. The location is not far, you can reach it by car in 20 minutes. The price is a good deal and I plan to come again. The room was spacious and clean. The sound insulation effect is a bit poor but acceptable. Overall a great experience. If you are planning to go skiing I highly recommend staying here. I was injured a bit while skiing, but there is a CVS nearby, just a few minutes walk away.

The place was very well kept and clean, the staff was great! If you are in the area and need a clean room, on the cheep side, this is the place. We lived in this hotel for almost a month dealing with a family emergency. The staff was always accommodation and helped us with anything we asked for. Wonderful people! I would like to thank them all for everything they did for my family and I.

We were traveling all we wanted was a place to spend the night. We checked in went to our room then in the early morning we left. We were not looking for a hotel that offered a lot stuff we just wanted a place to sleep. We got what we paid for and if we need to stop in Beckley, WV again for overnight we will use same location.
